  Totally inadequate packaging compounded by extremely poor customer service.
  
  Recently purchased an upgrade for my games PC. A Western Digital caviar black 1TB SAT 3 internal hard drive.
  
  Having been a customer of play for many years I have recently ordered an internal hard drive which, although it a arrived on time, the packaging was just a small jiffy bag, totally inadequate. (One thing hard drives do not like is knocks and they are far too heavy an item for just a jiffy bag)
  
  After two web based contact emails the only responses received were the acknowledgements stating that I should receive a response the next working day.
  No responses to to website contact emails aside from we should reply next working day confirmations.
  
  My advice would be to follow my lead and only buy soft or already well packaged items from play, if any, in the future

  I ordered a dvd and a cd in november. The dvd arrived in time but up until now the cd didn't arrive. I mailed to their customer service twice but so far no response..
