  Wrong item sent Col Mustard not Miss Scarlet.
  Despite it being their fault they have taken £2.97 off me for postage even though I emailed them prior to return and followed instructions as to what to do when an item is sent in error and got a free post label .
  I have emailed twice to ask for my correct item and a refund of the postage taken and have got no reply.
  to add insult to injury they have written the reason for taking the postage cost is because I returned the item as unwanted . I had clearly stated the problem but they have not acknowledged this at all and still refer to it as a Miss Scarlet apron !
  Save yourself the grief shop elsewhere

  I ordered Venom headset for Xbox360 & paid £4.99 for express delivery. What I received was a Venom battery pack which I returned as they had sent the wrong item. Play.com won't refund me the £4.99 for the express delivery as they delivered within their time frame. Whether the item was incorrect/faulty/damaged doesn't come in to it. I will neither use nor recommend play.com.
  This is the 2nd time I have received the wrong item but what has annoyed me more is that I ordered this one on express delivery & I have now paid £4.99 for them to send me something I didn't order.
  If I could have rated them 0 out of 5 I would have.
