  The worst business I have ever dealt with. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID!!!!!! Had to return 10 items to this despicable company because they couldn't package them properly. Took lots of telephone calls to try to sort it out (0845 number!). The price of the items went up since I originally purchased them and customer service told me to my face that I would have to pay the extra if I wanted replacements sent to me - even though I had confirmation emails telling me replacements would be sent within..

  Normally I don't use Play to buy things I prefer Amazon, but the items that I was after on this occasion would have taken 2 days to dispatch and I wanted them next day if possible so I thought I'd give Play a go being as though each item was £10 cheaper too. I paid £8.99 for express delivery. Checked it all out fine then got an email asking me to do some security checks. I phoned up went through it all and asked the customer service rep if this would effect the delivery time of my order they said no it will all go as planned and I would get my items next day. 2 days later the items were still not dispatched. 4 Emails and 3 phone calls later I finally get them to dispatch my items, so I'm happy I will get my stuff tommorow I thought to myself. Then I got an email from the delivery company telling me that my order will be here in 5 days time, so why did I have to pay a rediculous delivery price to get my order at a slower rate than if I were to pay standard delivery, fortunatlely the items were fine but I can't get a refund on the delivery charges I paid for the service I did not recieve, I will not be using them again
