  I should have known better than to try this lot again. Ordered a coat on the 9th Dec for a Christmas present, money was debited out of my account on the 12th. I had requested 3-5 delivery thinking that was plenty of time, how wrong I was. By the 14th the item still hadn't been dispatched so I tried to call them, on hold for 22 minutes before speaking to a call centre worker in some foreign land. Communication was almost impossible but eventually he agreed to reorder so the item would be dispatched the next day. So I waited and check the account daily, still nothing. 4 days later I braved calling again, same story on hold for ages eventually speaking to someone who spoke very little english. In the end I cancelled the order and was told the refund would hit my account within 5 working days, 7 working days later I'm still waiting. Tried to call and gave up so I have sent them an email......

  Please don't bother to pay for express delivery. Their customer service team offer many excuses as to why orders do not arrive on time but consistently refuse to reimburse you the delivery charge. Terrible company policy on customer service
