  Bought the Inbetweeners Box set from a Play Trader this month which never showed up. Since buying, the trader has amassed 33 negative feedbacks (100%) and is quite clearly a con man. I have contacted Play via their own site, their Facebook page and their Twitter account short of twenty times without a single reply. I'm more annoyed at their customer service than the fraudulent traders they allow to trade on their site.
  
  Basically, if everything goes well, Play are fine, but if it goes wrong, forget your money.

  We tried to purchase a Nintendo DSi from Play.com and their fradulent clients didn't send the goods then we had to wait over four weeks to get a response about getting our money back, four weeks on, endless e-mails and phone calls and they still have our money. Customer service is shocking it is as simple as that, I have used them before but never again. Use someone else. Andy Seldon..
