  Wrong item sent Col Mustard not Miss Scarlet.
  Despite it being their fault they have taken £2.97 off me for postage even though I emailed them prior to return and followed instructions as to what to do when an item is sent in error and got a free post label .
  I have emailed twice to ask for my correct item and a refund of the postage taken and have got no reply.
  to add insult to injury they have written the reason for taking the postage cost is because I returned the item as unwanted . I had clearly stated the problem but they have not acknowledged this at all and still refer to it as a Miss Scarlet apron !
  Save yourself the grief shop elsewhere

  After not being able to find the title I wanted on HMV.com, I headed over to Play.com and found it there for £3.99. I purchased it and it arrived within 2-3 days, however the dvd was not correctly seated in the dvd case and was rattling around :( The dvd was still sealed so this must have been a fault with the packers who put the dvd into the case before it was sealed. Overall, I am happy with the service and speed of delivery of my DVD. I will use play.com again for more of my dvds,..
