  Wasted my time by dispatching order 10 days late. This was after the web site indicated it had already been dispatched

  I bought this item from the playtrade option on play.com and will never buy anything from play.com again! I bought it as a Christmas present and bought it early as earlier in October I bought a friend's birthday present from play and it never arrived so took me over a month to get a refund and a replacement birthday present.
  
  So when the item was tested none of the bottom keys worked, not very good for a keyboard that cost over £40! I tested it on another computer as well and checked to see whether it was a rectifiable problem with the keyboard being programmable, but nope it was faulty!
  
  So, I contacted the seller and they took about a week to get back to me, I've sent another 8 emails to the seller to find out when I will receive my money back, but have receive no other emails and no reply.
  
  I've emailed play.com about 5 times only to receive a generic email telling me to contact the seller or ring play.com's customer service for extra assistance. I've also play.com 3 times and got through to their useless customer service team. First these told me that I would receive the refund, but after speaking for the third time the women admitted that there's nothing they can do as it was over 30 days ago that I placed the order and to keep contacting the seller-who has ignored my 8 emails and has also ignored the emails of 7 other people in the last month according to their seller profile.
