  Wrong item sent Col Mustard not Miss Scarlet.
  Despite it being their fault they have taken £2.97 off me for postage even though I emailed them prior to return and followed instructions as to what to do when an item is sent in error and got a free post label .
  I have emailed twice to ask for my correct item and a refund of the postage taken and have got no reply.
  to add insult to injury they have written the reason for taking the postage cost is because I returned the item as unwanted . I had clearly stated the problem but they have not acknowledged this at all and still refer to it as a Miss Scarlet apron !
  Save yourself the grief shop elsewhere

  3 items not arrived after nearly a month advisor said they will email claim form fine but didnt arrive after 2 hours call back as daughters birthday next day they said i could have to wait up to 24hr for an email claim form!
  
  I asked of they could send replacements in one parcel instead of three they declined, asked if they would send next day delivery they said no they would send secound class! asked for manager -none availible. told they then could take up to 5 days to dispatch they would not budge
