  1. Ordered a Wii bundle for £120 and in the description it stated 'comes with Wii Sports'
  2. Arrived about 2 weeks later minus Wii Sports.
  3. Contacted Customer service which I have had a few dealings with in the past & I can only describe as descraceful. They don't seem to have a clue & were so unhelpful and actually had the cheek to say that the game didn't come with the bundle as described and that they would be changing the description.
  4. 5 emails/ 2 phone calls/ 3 weeks later there was no contact, no replies then after 3 1/2 wks I noticed my account showed that the game has been shipped. No apology!
  5. This is generally the same when I have had to return items. I've decided I will no longer use them anymore regardless of te price. Over the years I've spent over £2000 with them

  I chased up on order after 9 working days of waiting, told to wait for 3 WEEKS before contacting them.
  
  I dont understand why they can't look at the order now as it is unlikely to turn up. If I want to return the product if it ever turns up I will get charged for the non pleasure.
  
  Dont use them especially if ordering for Xmas with this experience you'll be lucky to get anythin
