  I will not be using ShopTo again. The first time I used them I send a game to a friend's address. The second time I sent a game to my own address, however it still went to my friend's address. This is presumably down to bugs in their software. When I complained about this I was essentially told its up to me to get the game forwarded onto me, its not their problem. Summary You'll need everything to go okay, as you're on your own if they mess up...

  Placed an order for Resident Evil Revelations and the money was deducted straight away from my bank account, but the order did not show up in my account order history. So I contact customer service and I receive a reply saying that there was a problem with my order and that a refund for the amount of £32.86 has been processed and the money will go back into my bank account within rthe next 3 to 4 days! How ridiculous.
  
  This could have easily been resolved. All they had to do was ask me if I would of liked for them to credit my Shopto account instead with the refund amount and I could have re-placed my order the same day.
