Placed an order for Resident Evil Revelations and the money was deducted straight away from my bank account, but the order did not show up in my account order history. So I contact customer service and I receive a reply saying that there was a problem with my order and that a refund for the amount of £32.86 has been processed and the money will go back into my bank account within rthe next 3 to 4 days! How ridiculous.
This could have easily been resolved. All they had to do was ask me if I would of liked for them to credit my Shopto account instead with the refund amount and I could have re-placed my order the same day.

I ordered Call of Duty MW3 hardened edition from Shoto for £85. They where the only place still selling it on Saturday 12th of october. The website said last few copies when I ordered and said free 24 hour express delivery.
They're not open at the weekend so I called the company on Monday to check my order would arrive on the Tuesday as that was when I was seeing my friend who the game was for, the game was also available at Asda for £10 less at that point too. The person I spoke with seemed quick to get me off the phone and said the game would arrive on Tuesday. I asked if I would get an email and he said I would before the end of the day.
No email on Monday and no game on Tuesday so I call their bloody 0800 number again and this time I spoke with a lady, explained what the man I'd spoke to yesterday had said, she put me on hold and spoke to the warehouse who told her the game was sold out.
I now missed buying the last copies in Asda and have to wait up to 3 day's to get the money back that Shopto took out of my account on the Saturday.
First and last time I will ever use shopto and any company that has an 0800 number as they're customer services
