  I have used play before and found them in the past to be good, however on ordering this time, they said they had the goods on special offer so I jumped at the price only to be advise 3 days later that they were out of stock and I could wait up to 28 days for the item to be re-stocked, I ordered in November specifically to ensure I would get the product for Christmas. I am still waiting on the status or my order to change from awaiting stock and fell very let down by play...

  I ordered the item to my work address for a friend to collect and take back with me.
  
  I wasn't at work that day and heard from a phone call from my friend that the parcel had been delivered the other side of town, completely the wrong road and whats more is it was just left on somebodies doorstep!! Luckily they were good enough to phone.
  
  This meant I had to travel 30 miles to my place of work to park up and then walk across town which took an additional 50 minutes.
  
  Really not happy and they did not compensate me in any way
