  On October 31st I ordered a race day gift experience, I emailed them 2 weeks ago to ask where my order was and recieved 1st an automated reply and then an email stating that my order would be sent soon. almost 2 weeks later and the item is still saying 'processing in warehouse' on my account. I have just emailed them to request a full refund and to be removed from their mailing list. Hopefully their refund will be quicker than actually waiting for a product to arrive.
  I will certainly never use play.com again

  I chased up on order after 9 working days of waiting, told to wait for 3 WEEKS before contacting them.
  
  I dont understand why they can't look at the order now as it is unlikely to turn up. If I want to return the product if it ever turns up I will get charged for the non pleasure.
  
  Dont use them especially if ordering for Xmas with this experience you'll be lucky to get anythin
