  Ordered all of my xmas shopping on this site, pretty decent prices but was the worst mistake ever! Of the items that arrived, half were wrong and I had to spend an hour on the phone with their customer service staff to try to get it sorted. They just kept repeating the same phrases over and over and did nothing to sort the problem. They were more keen on me filling in various online forms than fixing the problem. They made NO effort to replace the items quickly - everything was on their super slow..

  3 items not arrived after nearly a month advisor said they will email claim form fine but didnt arrive after 2 hours call back as daughters birthday next day they said i could have to wait up to 24hr for an email claim form!
  
  I asked of they could send replacements in one parcel instead of three they declined, asked if they would send next day delivery they said no they would send secound class! asked for manager -none availible. told they then could take up to 5 days to dispatch they would not budge
