  I am still awaiting my xbox360 game, the website said that the order was dispatched on October 13th. It is November 3rd now, postalservice did my street already and still nothing from play.com. I uses play.com some times before, and those items have been delivered in 6 to 9 days. Wich is okay for delivery to The Netherlands. Now this order is obviously lost and the keep making me wait without giving any information on when i get my money back so i can pick the game up at a local store nearby...

  I've been a play.com customer for a few years now and quite frankly I'm fed up with them and going to close my account I have there. They used to be be extremely fast with their delivery times but now they make you wait so long that items nearly always take a week to arrive. (My last order being a t shirt which took 8 days) I don't know whether they were taken over by someone elese or what, but they're prices on video games are also more than everywhere else (cheap offers are no longer existant)...
