  I ordered a game well in time for my son's 18th birthday. I sent an email enquiring about it but received only an automated response. The item arrived a day after my son's birthday so I returned it with a request that, in the circumstances, I was not charged for return postage. The reply explained that the item had not been in stock when I ordered and advised me that because I was returning the item as 'not wanted' rather than damaged I would have to pay to return it. I think this is terrible service...

  I ordered a Nokia C5 mobile phone almost a month ago. First I heard nothing then I had an email after 10 days to say they wanted me to ring them for an additional security check. After 2 goes and over 10 mins in a queue I got through and they did the check. I thought it would be fine but no goods were despatched though. Called 5 days later and was told they would check and come back within 48 hours - no response. Called again 4 days later, told that they could see I had called and didn't know why the goods hadn't been dispatched - would call back within 48 hours. You guessed it - no call so I rang again. Spoke to someone helpful called Chris and she said she would personally deal with it for me.... and call back within 48 hours! That was 4 days ago and no call or email! I will try to call them again tomorrow but I think I may give up now. Disappointed as I have bought from them before and found them good.
