  Ordered from play.com used there new 'Express delivery' option sure enough no sign of my item the next day and suprise no tracking number available apparently they have a deal with royal mail where they deliver 'Next Day' (and you pay a premium price for this service) but cant actually offer you any way of tracking your package when it does not show up! LAst time I waste my time with Play ruined my kids birthday I will use amazon instead in future far more reliable..

  After not being able to find the title I wanted on HMV.com, I headed over to Play.com and found it there for £3.99. I purchased it and it arrived within 2-3 days, however the dvd was not correctly seated in the dvd case and was rattling around :( The dvd was still sealed so this must have been a fault with the packers who put the dvd into the case before it was sealed. Overall, I am happy with the service and speed of delivery of my DVD. I will use play.com again for more of my dvds,..
