Having started a new job my wife needed a decent sized USB storage/flash stick, so i saw one online for around £15 which was mega cheap then i saw Play.com advertising it for £11 including a free delivery slot? so i ordered it and wasnt prepared to pay an extra £8.50 for a 3 working day slot besides she didnt need it for a short while, So i waited and waited and waited..tick tock tick tock..NO USB stick MR postman??? the days rolled on and it was 7 days later i'd forgot about it and thought..

i have used play.com since 2005 and never had a major problem til now. i ordered a signed westlife cd for there last album.this was sent but never recieved i had to wait the 15 working days before i they would do anything. i contacted them on the 16th working day and after countless emails they finial sent me the reclaim form. once filled in and returned they sent out a new item. when recieved it was the incorrect iteam. then i had more problems sorting this out as i had to pay the return postage (which they refunded). then out of the blue recived an email saying that they could no longer get the iteam i wanted and all they were going to do was refund me the money. i dont want a refund i want the iteam i ordered 3 months ago.
i dont now way a company like this want to upset a long standing customer. if they had done there jobs right in the 1st place i would have had my cd 3 months ago....
very very upset at there custmors service as i feel like i have been treated like an idiot.
